Bowstring have been together as a band since 2007 and a background of 150 years of musicianship working as individualsall over the world, performing at corporate functions, weddings, barn dances, ceilidhs, concerts and festivals. The Album
Vinnie’s Return is the debut album from Bowstring which includes new folk music written by the band in the style of their heroes and peers and new arrangements of some of their favourite Traditional Folk pieces.

A former member of The Oyster Band and Gas Mark Five, his part in the band Fiddler's Dram and their 1979 hit single “Day Trip To Bangor” recently earned him a place on the TV programme "Never Mind The Buzzcocks"!
He is a powerhouse of a musician who can make a duo into a band and a band into something really special.

As the duo “Camine” they have toured the UK, France, Sweden, Finland, Switzerland and New Zealand and worked with Lori Anderson on the film Exodus directed by Penny Woolcock.

Martin has worked as a solo folk singer and with duos and bands in clubs, concert halls (Royal Albert Hall, Barbican, Queen Elizabeth Hall, QE Conference Centre, Snape Maltings) and at festivals (Sidmouth, Cheltenham, Chorley, Upton-upon-Severn, Towersey, Broadstairs). And in Canada, New Zealand and Europe. Performed at the home of Roger Taylor of 'Queen' and with Chris Taylor and Ramona at Davington Priory, the home of Bob Geldof, on numerous occasions. Radio - Capital & BBC. T.V. - Channel 4 with Show of Hands. Film - with Albion Morris for British Film Institute.

Fate the Juggler are a five piece original folk/rock outfit that formed in the summer of 2010. Comprising of talented, experienced, Kent based musicians. They play a unique form of Folk Rock, collecting new fans wherever they play, be it at local and London venues, such as the Clapham Grand and 100 Club and a variety of Festivals.
Their promo EP has been widely played on many radio stations and as guests have played their acoustic set live on the shows.

Day of the Hurricane is the second instrumental album created by Gary since he moved to the USA.
His first ‘After Five’ was recorded in 2010 and has been warmly received in the Smooth Jazz market.
Day Of The Hurricane was inspired by Gary experiencing several hurricanes during 2004 that passed over his home in Longwood near Orlando, Florida.
He comments
“Watching the path of ‘Hurricane Charlie’ on TV and then to see the formation of the extraordinary clouds followed by the tremendous wind force was very scary.”
The album starts with the musical piece ‘Earths Sunrise’ a powerful interpretation that has you visualizing a beautiful Red Sky washing into the blue atmosphere and covering the horizon. ‘A sight hard to describe ’. The album then flows with tracks ‘The Clouds’ ‘The Storm’ ‘Tranquillity’ ‘Rain Dance’ ‘El Nino’ ‘Earths Sunset’ ‘After Dark’ and ‘Night”.
Bonus track ‘Save the Whales’ was inspired by his passion on the extinction of the Hump Back Whale’.
This ‘Mellow Dramatic’ CD features Gary’s guitar skills, from powerful rock guitar licks to soft electric and acoustic melodies in a very noticeable style. “Like Eric Clapton” he says “all you need to hear is a couple of notes and you know it is Eric”. Gary hopes that listeners will feel the same way about his playing and will follow the musical story.
A promotional video featuring a snap shot of each track on the album has been recorded in a close association with Orlando Tech, Orlando’s premier film and digital audio college. Gary is extremely flattered by the college adopting his music for their students to learn the art of filmmaking and TV production. In addition to the promotional video the college took the film crew out on location to ‘Big Tree Park’ in Longwood and filmed Gary’s tune ‘Rain Dance’ which will be released as a music video in early 2012. Set in the rain forest, Gary invited members from Orlando Drum School (www.givingworldpercusion.com/) playing African made drums to add flavour to the film and track. This music video together with the promotional video is to be submitted to the 2012 music video music awards. Longwood City Council is also asking for footage as a promotional material for the city to attract more filmmakers to the area.
As for Gary’s musical journey, he was born in Ashford, Kent. England in 1951. His music career spans more than 4 decades playing guitar, bass and keyboards. He has worked alongside and in the company of many great icons that are still performing today. He is still performing with his US band Think Big Live’ that he formed 9 years ago.

Rosco Levee is a singer-songwriter and guitarist from Kent. His band members from adjoining counties. Having been encouraged to go solo by his old friend and fellow artist, Pete Molinari, Rosco took some time out to write and play on his own.
Whilst traveling the highways and byways of England he honed his Rootsy, Rock ‘n’ Roll sound but craved for a bigger sound and other musicians to bounce off again. Rosco developed a great band of known Kentish musicians who have taken his music to heart and are now gigging with him regularly on the club and festival circuit.
The band recorded this debut EP “Rosco Levee” at Jim Riley’s analogue Ranscombe Studios they are now gearing up for the album.

Sheena Coote is a semi-professional composer and who lives in a small cottage on the Shropshire / Staffordshire border with her husband, a little daughter and a small menagerie of animals.
Her album "Mixed Blessings" gives 25 minutes of relaxing and soothing music. Enabling calm and pleasant thoughts whatever the lifestyle or challenges the day presents. A calming and tranquil backing for video or film and ideal for background music when entertaining or dining with friends.
Sheena started piano lessons at the age of three years and began composing at the age of five by putting music to her favourite poems. She studied piano until she left University and wrote a musical which had a successful run in Edinburgh and then went on to be previewed in a West End theatre. She has been invited to write a new musical for the same theatre in the West End and is half way through writing it.
Sheena currrently earns a living playing her music and other classical piano pieces live, teaches some piano lessons as well as being a full-time mother. A runner up in the UK song writing competition with her song Messin’ she has written many musical theatre songs and pop songs.
The Edinburgh Singers recorded a CD of her original music which went on sale in HMV in Edinburgh and all the proceeds went to charity. She enjoys most genres of music, but particularly film music and all the classical composers of the 18th and 19th century. Her writing is influenced by her study of the classical period and love of film music, also very influenced by her family’s day to day life.
Her piano compositions are original contemporary pieces with strong melodies which also capture the spirit of the classical period. It is emotional music, and heartfelt. This album “Mixed Blessings” was inspired by her love of all the composers from the Classical period and by her young family. Why after all these years have we decided to release this CD?
The 1970s and 80s were halcyon years on the Kent Gig Circuit, that’s where we cut our musical teeth with the many other bands that are mentioned on the fantastic KentGigs.com Kent MusicBiz website.
Local venues such as The Louis Armstrong in Dover, The Rose Inn, Kennington and The Flowing Bowl in Ramsgate, as well as the many working men’s clubs were the focus for getting regular gigs. But the biggest prizes were The Leas Cliff Hall at Folkestone and The University of Kent at Canterbury, where backing famous Heavy Rock bands was a privileged opportunity to broaden horizons!
So, why, after so many years? Because this recording demonstrates a unique point in time! It ain’t a studio recording! The band was at its peak, and the venue: The Red Lion at St Margaret’s at Cliffe was a recent new venue, and we had been the first band to perform there, quickly followed by Naughty Thoughts and Silent Movies. We turned up one night, and Mick O’Dwyer, the Landlord, said that he wanted to record us, and showed us the two small microphones he had rigged up above the bar, the leads reached across to a cassette recorder perched on a shelf behind the bar. That night we played, leaving Mick to his devices, and thought no more of it. A week later, he handed me a C90 cassette tape. I took it home and listened to it. He had managed to record the whole evening’s performance, including customers asking for beer, and banter with the band. We all had a good laugh! We called it ‘The ENRY Tapes!’

Molly Unfaithful xxx
Mollie Unfaithful are a Liverpool based recording duo who started writing together in 2009. Having known each other for many years both Robbie Pollard & Laura Walton (aka Mollie Unfaithful) got together and began writing and producing tracks. Laura Walton naturally began singing at a very young age and spent some time, traveling with dance & singing groups. It wasn't until 2009 she was given the encouragement to also concentrate on her love of writing and hasn't looked back since. She is also spending time learning the ropes in the studio and has enjoyed co-producing this project. Robbie was born in America and moved to England when he was 10. Having a huge passion for music he firstly learned to play the drums and went on to learn guitar, bass and piano and more recently opened up his own studio and production suite in Liverpool.
Mollie Unfaithful are continuing to write and are working to complete an electric pop album for next year. They are also currently managing two new artists and writing material for their first studio debut.

In African music, the Mbira (also known as Likembe, Mbila, Thumb piano, Mbira Huru, Mbira Njari, Mbira Nyunga Nyunga, Karimbao or Kalimba) is a musical instrument consisting of a wooden board to which staggered metal keys have been attached. It is often fitted into a resonator. In Eastern and Southern Africa there are many kinds of mbira, The Mbira is usually classified as part of the lamellaphone family. It is also part of the idiophones family of musical instruments. In some places it is also known as a sanza or sansa.

Roy Smiles is a playwright from West London, occasional actor and singer songwriter. Author of over twenty staged plays, he has gained acclaim in the UK, US, Australia, Israel, Sweden, New Zealand and South Africa.
On television he had regular roles in the series OPERATION GOOD GUYS and FRANK STUBBS PROMOTES. As well as acting appearances on THE BILL, PEAK PRACTICE, JUDGE JOHN DEED and THE MISSING POSTMANamongst other. In the cinema he played the character of Itzak Heller in Roman Polanski’s Oscar winning THE PIANIST. He plays Brian in the soon to be released Danny Dyer movie DEVIATION.
His book on comedy and comics: FUNNY PEOPLE is published by Oberon Books on March 3rd 2011.

Arthur Kitchener is not a new artist. He has been an active musician and writer ever since his early days in South London playing Bass for many bands including The Balham Alligators.
His solo career started after moving to Herne Bay in the 70’s and joining the team at Europa Sound Studios (Folkestone) and his highly successful single “Ska Wars” on Red Admiral Records as artist Arthur Kay. Many years have passed as Arthur forged his art leading bands of many genres. This solo album is his first on Red Admiral as he returns to his roots as The Wordsmith.There have been three things that have been consistent from my teenage years and they are. My love of The music of Dion DiMucci. My love of Millwall football club and my belief in a Higher Power. - I first heard the music of Dion in a film called ''Twist Around The clock'' while I was on the run from Shephall Manor, a school for maladjusted boys. His music gave me a direction that still continues today -- My love of Millwall started a few years later. Coming from South London Millwall was a short train ride from where I grew up in Streatham. I attended Matches with a Shephall Manor friend who lived round the corner from ground. --- I have never doubted the existence of a power greater than myself that looked after me when I went through some very dark years in my life. I have since found my Spiritual Home in The Roman Catholic Church.
The 12 songs on this album reflect those three things and without over explanation.

Dave Mason was born on 17th February 1949 and was brought up near Oban. His musical career started when he joined the Royal Signals in 1965. His career took him all over Europe and playing clarinet with the army band he became the inspiration and teacher of the youngsters who joined the Signals band.
Dave married Mary in 1969 and left the Signals in 1970, initially teaching clarinet and string bass with Durham Education Authority and then in Argyll and Bute in 1974. Teaching in the same 6 primary and secondary school for 35 years he retired from teaching in 2009. As well as Dave's career in education he continues to enjoy a career performing with various Scottish Dance Bands and has been part of many BBC recordings.
Dave is a very gifted teacher and built up a rapport with his students that they will remember way beyond their school years. He nurtured, inspired, guided, encouraged and most importantly enjoyed teaching children. Since Dave's retirement from full time teaching he has been focusing on composing commercial music and percussion music for his Advanced Higher pupils that he continues to teach part time.
Dave Mason is an outstanding performer, composer and musician, we hope you will enjoy his music for many years to come as he ventures on new musical journeys.
Sounds Of The Orient is Dave’s first compositional release on Red Admiral, we hope you enjoy the moods and come back for his next Trip.

Hamlet Zhou (36) is a Zimbabwean musician and songwriter, though originally born in the country he moved to the city for a better education. Hamlet started playing at the age of 9 with a home made banjo/guitar. His reputation as a guitarist and vocalist has progressed for the past 15 years gaining regular live and recording experience with musicians from Zimbabwe, Botswana, South Africa and Mozambique. Performing at festivals such as Mapungubwe, Opikopi, The Standard jazz festival, Masa festival in the Ivory Coast, Africa festival Germany and Roskild festival in Denmark.

Since the band’s formation and release their first album ‘Chirimumoyo’ in 2006 they have been ambassadors of Zimbabwean traditional music to South African festivals. They play Mbira music, which is important to keep the flame of Zimbabwean culture burning. It helps the young grasp traditional values and maintains their identity, as the generations are slowly moving from African and Zimbabwean culture towards western type of music.
The Band use their music as media to maintain and safeguard the threatened culture to teach all generations to lead lives free of killer diseases such as HIV/AIDS. The song titled ‘Mavanga’ advises the young to take heed of advice from the elderly in order to live safely and longer.
Band members were groomed into refined artistes by Mbira music masters such as Andy Brown, ChionisoMaraire, Ephert Mujuru, Dawn Gumbo, German based Stella Chiweshe and Thomas Maphumo now stationed in America.
Local music events are held around town mainly at beer out-lets, and are a real crowd puller. Visitors to Harare from all over the world enjoy cultural music. They attend the shows creating a big market for traditional music instruments such as Mbira and beating drums. They can learn how to play the instruments and export them to their countries at the end of their visits which also helps support the musicians and workers of the area.
The Movement Band members want to sustain and take cultural music to greater heights with a cultural music centre in Harare. Manufacturing traditional musical instruments and teaching people how to play the them. Approaching potential donors such as Non Governmental Organisations (NGO’s) for assistance has been a help but more is needed to secure the future of Zimbabwe culture so the band welcome any opportunity to tour and exhibit to the outside world through events and festivals, in Africa and abroad.

Barbara is a singer/songwriter whose ballads and solid swing tunes provide the perfect vehicle for her mellow voice and direct delivery.
"Sweet", is a fine collection of original material and runs the gamut from soulful ballads to cool swing.
Born into a musical family (her mother was a cellist and her sister, an accomplished pianist) she began her professional music career as a bassist in Phoenix - country, pop, rock and roll. After two years on the road on the hotel circuit, Barbara recorded with new-country group, Gotham Rose, opening shows for greats George Jones, Patty Loveless, Toby Keith and Diamond Rio, among others. The group received extensive radio play across Europe in the 90's and remains a project she is extremely proud of.
In 2000 she set down her bass and picked up a mic with her hometown swing big band. Soon, the area's most gifted jazz musicians were calling and Barbara now lives, writes and sings in upstate New York.

In March of 2001 Gary moved to the USA, his first six months was spent getting used to the Florida life style before getting back into music.
2001-2002 He joined a well known local band JIMMIE DEE & NITEFLIGHT before setting up his own 7 piece show band in 2003-2008 THE PRAIRIE DAWGS now called THINK BIG LIVE Specialising in tributes. The band covers The Blues Brothers, Elvis, Garth Brooks, and the one tribute Gary loves to perform, Eric Clapton.
Apart from playing many of the major hotels in Orlando these shows have also taken the band to Nashville and Las Vegas.

He has an international reputation as a piano player, having played all over the Northern hemisphere from the Arctic Circle to Casablanca.
With Stephen Bridges, Noel wrote the Musical "Reality" a lighthearted morality play, which uses a mix of talent show and game show elements, as the characters are drawn from real life to the celebrity lifestyle through a web of magic. It has been performed by youth and school groups up and down the country and an Australian drama school.

Roger Allen has played the Guitar professionally for the last fifty years, after starting at four years old on a Ukulele given to him by his family.
Since those early days he has played in a diverse number of situations and countries, Canada, Australia, Holland, France and the USA . He has worked with his own trio and quartet, but his love of recording and the influence of Les Paul (who he has jammed with on stage) finally encouraged him to make his own backing tracks which always made life easier when moving around the world and to different venues.
For many years running his own company, making industrial films and radio documentaries in England and Australia, he became an accomplished sound recording engineer, stills and film cameraman.
Roger returned to the UK in 1995 and now resides in Ramsgate, Kent.

The Mark Robinson Experience is an unusual multi-instrumental act that performs a variety of music from Rock pop and Brass/Jazz, If you enjoy guitar music you will love Mark's unique style of playing, especially his Keytar solos, lively and totally different. The music world is full of hard working musicians who rarely achieve full recognition outside of their local domain, Red Admiral hope that their belief in Mark's music will be enjoyed by everyone and help him achieve his personal goals. He recently obtained a diploma in performing music, and is working towards a music degree.Mark is an all round musician and entertainer, an accomplished Musician and writer. He play's a variety of instruments including the keytar, keyboards, guitar and trumpet. The Keytar is a controller Keyboard and uses a Yamaha Tyros keyboard. Not only a solo performer, Mark has is own swing band called 'Shades of Brass' they relish a get together for jam sessions on a regular basis.
Apart from his normal work Mark also performs at many open mic. gigs and performs with the Driffeild Brass Band on 3rd cornet, which is a load of fun with up to 60 other musicians and occasionally audiences of around 1500.
Mark lives near Hull and is proactive in sharing his enthusiasm for music with others. The hit single “Come Follow Me” was written by Russ Williams & Barry Upton using the melody from the 2002 Belgium Eurovision Song entry “Follow Me” by Tony Cobana. The original song had mass appeal for its upbeat tempo and catchy tune. In August 2009 Russ started penning the lyrics and looking for the team that has bought you “Come Follow Me” by “Alfie St George”.
The team are: Russ Williams (Alfie St George) – Professional Entertainer for over 25 years. Russ has had a life in the entertainment industry starting at the mere age of 11 as a child actor. This led to an extensive DJ career that saw him spinning the wheels across the globe and presenting on many radio stations in the UK. In 1992 he progressed to being a full time Comedian & After Dinner Speaker. This has led to 1000’s of performances worldwide and many national UK tours, notably with Freddie Starr, Joe Longthorne, Alexander O’Neal & Englebert Humperdinck. The prestigious title of “Comedian of the Year” was awarded to Russ in 2000, with further honours of Captain and Chairman of the Comedians Golfing Society in 2003 & 2004. He has travelled the world performing and entertaining and appeared on many television shows. He first was signed by Decca in 1965 who released his single 'At This Moment' bringing TV appearances that lead eventually and inevitably his rising to fame with Top Ten hits ‘You Were On My Mind' in 1965, 'Pied Piper' in 1966 and his first album, 'Follow Me' in 1967. Celebrating over 40 active years in the business Shop - Contents Night Sessions Vol.1 - 19 tracks of Country, Pop and Gospel was made over a period of 3 months in 1993.with his lifetime friends and band Old Crow. It is a compilation of a few of the 200+ songs written by Crispian St. Peters, some not released before. Plus some classic covers that are great favourites of the band.
Featured vocalists are Crispian St Peters, Margaret Rose, Gary Silver and Brian Star with Mainstays Mike Ford on Bass and Peter Salisbury on Drums. About
Us Red Admiral Records originally launched its label in 1979 and
Commercial Publishing Company Cringe Music with the
Arthur Kay's Ska Wars single. Over the years the imprint has been found on many
releases from Kent Artistes. The label went through some dormancy some years ago
and some of its products/artists were transferred to other labels but Red Admiral
Is Back, supporting artists locally and internationally.
The
company is actively searching for new up and coming artistes who are looking for
label deals and has an interest in established acts who are now out of contract
with any label they were with. In an effort to become pro active in the rapidly
growing AOR and MOR markets Red Admiral Records relaunched it's dominent imprint
as a home for new and established artistes in the adult contemporary market and
to position the company and label idents for "mass-market" artistes
across all styles of music.
Red Admiral Records LLP incorporated in 2008
combining the creation and digital distribution services of Red Admiral, Cringe
Music (Publishing) and Media supply and PR from Kent & E Sussex Gig Guide. CEO of the
company Chris Ashman feels that the company should not operate as a fixed genre
label, so as they expand, their digital releases and distribution have welcomed
interest from a wider spectrum of artists and reportoire. Chris has spent some
time as Music Industry Consultant for New Deal for Musicians. He is also MD of Digimix
Records Ltd, works in the film, TV , radio, film, audio-visual, advertising and
media industries and advises other small independent record labels on their commercial
record releases.
Chris is also the co-founder of the One Kent Organisation
with producer John Milton who in the past has worked with (Mike Stock, of Stock
Waterman & Aitken), John is also the companies first choice as photagraher
for projects.
As
the market for audio products has changed Red Admiral is developing the range
and style of its output to meet the current demand, from internationally distributed
digital and phsical product to create-on-demand for niche and collector projects.
As a small independet cpmpany there will always be some projects that are too
large, with the risk outweighing the benefits for the company, artists and clients
but we see a future where no commercial project should be seen as too small. If
